I am a long time Warrior main and I have found a way to make a viable Budget version of the Control Warrior deck:

Card Replacements

Harrison Jones is a really good card for card draw but it’s mainly used as weapon removal so it’s an easy swap for Acidic Swamp Ooze.

Archivist Elysiana is a core card vs control decks but if you have Mecha'thun you can use it instead because it’s a guaranteed win if the enemy doesn’t have a silence or enough damage to kill you before your Mecha'thun dies or before you can kill your opponent with Mecha'thun. If you don’t have Mecha'thun however you can just put in another slam or acolyte of pain because you won’t win vs control decks anyway so it doesn’t hurt to have another card draw.

Zilliax is a really good card but it’s still not necessary but don’t expect a good win rate without it but if you really need to replace it you can use another Slam or a Rabid Worgen

Dr. Boom, Mad Genius  is a must have, you can’t play this deck without him.

Shield Slam  is easily replaced with Devastate, although not as good it is still a pretty good removal card

Brawl is a necessary card vs most decks that are aggro but if you need to replace it just add another removal card like Supercollider  or Rabid Worgen

Militia Commander you can just swap for Rabid Worgen if you want.

Omega Devastator you can swap for an Arcanite Reaper but I would really recommend you actually use Omega Devastator.

Those are the only cards that are important to know about in this deck.

Gameplay Strategy

This deck is all about playing reactively all game then at the end overwhelm your opponent with big cards that you get from Omega AssemblyDr. Boom, Mad Genius, or Archivist Elysiana.

Never play cards just to play cards, always have a reason to play them and this is especially important with Removal Minions because this deck isn’t about playing minions, it’s about removing the enemies minions.

You should save Omega  Assembly most of the time before 10 mana except when you need extra removal like an Omega Devastator.

There’s not really much more you should know about gameplay, the rest you can learn from experience.

Bomb Warrior Matchup

This matchup is especially important to know because you have the opportunity to remove all the bombs in your deck with Archivist Elysiana so it’s really important to know when to use it. In my opinion it’s best used after the bomb Warrior has used at least 3/4 of his bomb cards and when you pick your cards with Archivist Elysiana try to pick cards that are a lot of value.
