I dont see the importance of the Piper, it feels kinda meh, and why Lichking/Toki? would a 2. bright eyed scout be better and maybe the Arcane Keysmithi
it’s there to draw you arcane artificer from your deck for that heal, as that can be a key card in a lot of matchups. I haven’t played this exact variant of the deck, but my version that runs Toki and Sinergosa (instead of Lich King) has been doing fine, they just make the deck more fun.. Arcane Keysmith is a good card, even with ice block out of standard, i have been getting good enough secrets from it in a consistent rate. I personally would hesitate to put bright eyed scout in my deck, but that’s just my opinion.

i used this deck to get to legend 2 days ago, but it hasn’t been doing well since so it probably needs some changes. 13-3 on my climb (that’s just games i used the tracker on, excluding games i played on my phone) i’m trying Stonehill defender instead of tar creeper and a 2nd witchwood piper instead of the acolyte.

If you don’t understand why drawing arcane artificer might be important, I’d suggest you stick to running aggro decks. Toki is for memes and should be replaced by Elise. Lich king is just a high value card. I wouldn’t replace it for either of the cards you suggested.
Elise is a very good card, but it doesn’t have sinergy with Raven Familiar, Dragon’s Fury and the Scout.
