My YouTube acct got grandfathered in as a “brand” account, which is ineligible to link to 3rd party accounts (and therefore earn drops). YouTube support makes it ridiculously confusing how to switch from brand to “personal.”

Switching to a personal account is actually simple but impossible to find in the Support forums. Click on your profile icon (upper right) > Switch Accounts > More Accounts, then select the email on your Google account. My screen showed the current brand account next to the email account. Done deal, then you can link to Battle.net and start logging screentime.

eSports aren’t the NFL, where star athletes are the big draw. The appeal for gamers is the competition. It’s like big name actors in a movie getting away with criminal behavior because of the studio’s financial stake in their brand.

Blizzard’s decision to part ways here is standard. Tournament competitors become the face of the company for that season, and just like employees, their personal lives will reflect on the company they’re representing. Hope his ex and Zalae both get their lives on track.

Core cards don’t appear in my Collection. I can only access them under New Deck / Core Deck. From there you can replace core cards with whatever you want.

Not terribly useful for strategizing since you can’t search your collection for these cards. Also not a problem since it’s a simple workaround.

Rewards when logged in today for my total number of ranked wins was approximately 30 golden legendaries?!? Every reward page included an animation, so someone at Blizzard made these specifically.

None of them appear in my collection. What was this?

Is the Level 50 hero skin a permanent add to your collection, or does it go away at the next expansion?
