I totally agree. This is awful.

There’s only a handful of really good results (earth elemental for example), but most of the time this will be
“5 mana: summon a random 5-drop, a 2/1, and a X/1 (most likely a 5/1 or a 4/1)”

I’m kind of in love with blizzard right now.

They take their most hated class, with the most op cards (which have been nerf’d 5 times), and give them hand disruption.

Could actually be cool in Rogue. At only one mana this could be a good combo enabler. And you can get him back easily with backstab and other cheap spells.

This might not be that likely, but Rogue was once so desperate to activate combo that they were playing wisp

Captain Greenskin on a stick. Not exactly the same, cause Krastinov may be unable to attack, but those rare occasions when Krastinov attacks multiple times might make him more useful than Greenskin.

Warrior has some really good weapons to play this with right now.

It’s too early to rate this, but currently there aren’t many spells that go well with this.

Brawl is good since the student is summoned after the spell effect, and a high cost Paladin spell could be good too, but otherwise both classes will need new cards to make this work

I wouldn’t be surprised if for mage/rogue we got a 3 mana “add two secrets from other classes to your hand”.

It fits mages random generation and rogues burgle

Or maybe something like “discover a secret. Combo: add another secret to your hand from another class”
