To be honest, this deck probably won’t do too well competitively without serious adjustments that I’m too dumb to make, but when you get the Raza the Chained and Anduin DK combo, the game gets incredibly fun (provided you don’t die in 2 turns)

Mulligans: Just try to keep lower cost minions in your starting hand or Raza the Chained to make the combo easier and quicker to pull off

Strategy: Survive with serious control until you get both Raza the Chained‘s  effect and Anduin activated. At that point, start spamming the hero power to either clear the board or face, and play very small cost cards in hand. Rinse and repeat and provided your opponent doesn’t have incredibly powerful counters, your enemy should be as good as dead.
