Mulligans

Treebeard is, i found, one of the most fun decks to play coming out of Descent of Dragons. It uses a few low cost cards mill Ents into Mulch Munchers and survive the early game. High cost spells to benefit from Garden Gnome, Anubisath Defender, and Sunreaver Warmage for strong mid to late game presence.

With this deck you want to play on curve as best as you can. You want to mulligan for Treenforcements, Shrubadier, but Dendrologist and Landscaping will do as well. Wrath is also a good card to keep.

In the midgame prioritize keeping your treants alive to synergize with your other cards like Treespeaker and Aeroponics, but what is more important is to not give up board control. This deck requires board control to win, and you have a near endless supply of Ents.

Goru the Mighty doesnt always need to be played right away, but 90% of the time, you will play him as soon as possible. All of your Ents on the board benefit from the +1/+1 and all Ents summoned hereafter. Use your spells to eliminate high health targets and make favorable trades.

I hope you have as much fun as i did with this!

Also; if you have Force of Nature then try it in place of one forest’s aid, you may not need to cast 4 copies of it. I think 2 forest’s aid is enough.
