General Mulligans

These seem to be the best early game cards in almost all matchups.

Coin Elven on turn 3 is a very powerful play in all Rogue archetypes.

Hello,
I’ve done a lot of tinkering with theif rogue and tried to make it work in the past and after some consideration I believe this could be an interesting build for it.

A lot of people will question my inclusion of Lilian Voss and I assure you I have a good reason.
She isn’t in the deck to replace your Rogue spells which are very useful to you.
She is in the deck to help you replace your low rolls with random card generation such as with LK cards as Army of the dead and other high mana cost spells you can’t utilize with Rogue. So although a lot of people dislike her I believe she can get you out of some bad hand situations.

My inlcusion of Elise the Trailblazer is to help you in your matchups vs other Rogues as in those matchups your Tess Greymane and Spectral Cutlass end up being dead cards with little to no value.
The way you get value from them is by having Elise the Trailblazer and The Lich King generate cards which could be cast by Tess Greymane and increase durability on your Spectral Cutlass.

Rotten Applebaum seems like a good neutral taunt to have for some more life gain also I was not too sure about choosing between this or Witchwood Grizzly but I picked Rotten Applebaum as it seems more consistent.

Face Collector is another card which can help in mirror matchups and if not for him I’d put Edwin van Cleef most likely instead.

In order for Spectral Cutlass to work I added a Deadly Poison but just 1 of each as to not have the deck rely too much on it and have bad draws. I’m theorycrafting the deck before the expansion hit so if any minions with weapon buffs or good spell with weapon buff get revealed they’d replace  Deadly Poison instantly.

This deck is mainly as a fun archetype and although it could have some success it probably won’t be very competitive, but hey not all decks have to be.

Honestly only card I see being weak here is Face Collector and could be replace for an early game Taunt like Tar Creeper to help vs aggro a bit.
