I feel like having a way to get Pogo Hopper buffing earlier is better. Scheme will build up quickly but until then shadow step and lab recruit can get the ball rolling, and any time you're shuffling cards in your deck elekk is always a help! I am by no means an expert at this game, if anyone has suggestions please let me know :)
