   How's this deck perform? Anyone tried it? Highlander mage seems to be in a bad spot this meta against all the DH, zoo, and face hunters.

      I've been trying it at rank 5 to 3 so not entirely sure, but it feels like in the matchups you mentioned you try to keep yourself from dying with your secrets (secret package over blizzard flamestrike stuff is the biggest change over the older iterations) and then try to get proactive with your manacheats.

      You win by having an overwhelming board, freezing enemy minions and hitting face against aggro, not clearing forever and outhealing! Look for taunts, against demonhunter protect water elementals to freeze the face.

      Not the best deck for climbing but it can certainly work. Sometimes you just lose with 50 mana value in your hand and no coin/manacheat and no secret that's just how it goes.

         Cool thanks Wyrmboi appreciate the insight. Yeah I seem to get steam rolled by aggro especially DH and Warrior... :/ I'll keep those pointers in mind though and keep trying!

      Highlander Mage is in a ok spot, even at legend ranks. You have insane value and enough taunt/early to survive vs aggro until your swingturns ( Dragoncaster, Reno, ... ) In my opinion this list isnt the best tho, Antonidas is mostly dead in hand and u dont need his value. better swap it for the 3 mana Dormant one that deals 2 dmg to all enemy minions at awakening.

         Yeah good call on that swap Ascendre, you're right Antonidas was very clunky in my hand a couple games I had him I couldn't use him against aggro. The dormant card though seems good but sucks you have to wait 2 turns *tears*
