Weak af. 2 stats Even when discounted to 7 mana IT sucks. Make IT freeze 3 Minions and we can talk.

It's basically summon two water elementals and freeze an enemy for 0 Mana.
Overall not a bad card and if you were to use one of the Mana cheating methods we have now it's even better.
The cost may look bad but water elementals cost 4 each so basically this is same as playing 2 of them but you get to freeze an enemy as well. This would have been a nuisance with Frost Lich Jaina.

It's good if you can reduce the cost with Incanter's Flow, or if you're running Phaoris. Seems like a fine thing to discover, especially with Zephrys.
