How does this work exactly? I’m assuming it has something to do with the horsemen

  Yes but it's based on luck somewhat as the horsemen summoned are random. however you will eventually get 3 different ones in your hand, then play all 3 from your hand for 6 mana and summon the 4th for a total of 8 mana.
