General Mulligans

Basically, if you have "Instrument Tech" in your starting hand, mulligan "Skull of the Man'ari" if that is also in your hand, otherwise mulligan everything to find "Skull of the Man'ari" except a mass production if you have it.

Ideal starting hand:

  1. Instrument Tech
  2. Health Drink
  3. Any 8+ cost demon
    4th card: Mass Production (or more removal if versing aggro)
