Combo Mulligans

Always keep it, you can play it on turn 3 if you're second. You want to hit the face 90% of the time. Unless there is a minion you really need to trade (Umbra, Fandral, Brann, etc)

First, I know this decklist only has 5 wild cards, but until now this is the most consistent version I’ve played.

Right now (First week after expansion) the meta is full of crazy combo (Warlock Meca’Thun, Toggawle Druid, etc)  and aggro decks (Mech Hunter, Odd Paladin, Secret Mage, etc) with some experimental midrange and control decks. This decks does really well against those, expecially combo decks, you have 4 ways to destroy a combo, double Dirty Rat and double Demonic ProjectSacrificial Pact giving you easy wins against decks that relly really hard in 1 or 2 minions. Against aggro is a 60/40 chances to win, If you can survive with the removals/some healing and do the Mountain Giant + Sunfury combo.

After some games I think the hardest matchups against refined pre-Boomsday decks are Kingsbane Rogue, Jade Druid and Big Priest, unless you have really goods opening hands, against Even Shaman, Odd Paladin and Renolock you have the upper hand, Shudderwock and Toggawle Druid are easy wins. (About Odd Rogue, to be honest I’ve played only 1 game against it, and was a really close match)

After playing a lot (35~ games) with the deck, I think you can cut Bloodreaver Gul'dan and Hooked Reaver the first because you have only 3 demons (But the Hero Power is nuts) and the seconds because Molten Giant is just a better card overall, you dont really need all that anti aggro techs. You can maybe add Sylvanas Windrunner , Ragnaros the Firelord or Skulking Geist

Some tips with Wild/New cards

Dark Peddler

What you want from this card? Unless you’re playing vs heavy aggro decks you dont need to use in the early game for 2 big reasons.

1) It makes your Mountain Giant slower

2) You can use it late in the game for a more versatile option, like Overwhelming Power combined with Shadowflame against big boards, Soul Fire to finish a game, other good options are Mortal Coil Corruption Kobold Librarian and Mistress of Mixtures

Demonic Project

Against Control/Combo: Only use it when you know they have an important card in hand (Toggawle, Azalina, Reno, N’Zoth, etc) you dont need to use in the early game, specially if you dont have Sacrificial Pact in hand. Once you use it, it really doesnt matter wich cards gives to you or your opponent, so dont focus to much on it. But If you give them Lord Jaraxxus you can cry of Joy.

Against aggro: Be really careful to use it against Aggro decks, specially when you’ve low HP, because you can give them Doomguard , usually you want to transform Mountain Gaint (Not really playable against aggro, because you keep using you cards to remove or control the board, so it never cost less than 6 and doesnt have initial impact when you play it) and Greymane (Because it doesnt do anything when you play it)

Against Mid-Range: This depends completely on how the game is going, so is up to you.

Molten Giant

One of the best cards in the deck. You can use it with Sunfury Protector to prevent some damage in the late game, or just play it as soon as you can to push damage and develop a big board.
