Cursed Vagrant is a 7 mana 7/5 minion that… summons a Ravenholdt Assassin on Deathrattle 😀

I know that it’s a class card and it’s from an expansion, so it’s bound to be stronger. I just find it funny that it’s nearly like two Basic/Classic 7-drops combined into one (2 health away from War Golem on the main body + Ravenholdt Assassin).

The meta hasn’t changed much between the full release of Galakrond’s Awakening and the Hall of Fame patch, so there wasn’t much of a reason to update it. And right now the new expansion is right around the corner, so it will be updated after it launches.

Yes, but only if you hit high Legend. Just hitting Legend (10x star multiplier) gets you to Rank 5 DIamond on bonus stars. Hitting “high Legend” (11x star multiplier) gets you all the way to Legend on bonus stars. What is “high Legend” you might ask? We don’t know yet :/

At least that’s what I think it will work like… Yeah, the system could use a better explanation. I hope that they will post one when the season ends.

Yes, there will be a new version of “new player ranks” you won’t be able to go back to.

Yes, Legend card back will still be there for reaching Legend for the first time.

Devs have answered those question on Twitter, reddit and other social media. But I honestly think that they should round up those answers and make an official post with more details. I know those, because it’s a part of my job to look for those things, but average player doesn’t follow devs on Twitter. Maybe they’ll do one when the new system hits.

Legendaries you got from random sources (like pack bundles) always had the protection, so I would assume that Rares you get from climbing will also have it.

Yeah, I reported it to the devs and they’ve said that they’re looking into it already. It definitely should be in the game.

It’s pretty quick & easy, since those ranks have very little stars and you don’t lose anything for defeats – you can only climb up 🙂

In the meantime, if you’re using Google Chrome, I recommend “Dark Reader” extension. I’ve been using it for a while and it’s working really well. The only problem is that some images disappear on the front page 🙁 But honestly it doesn’t matter once you click on the actual article, and maybe there are some better extensions out there.

The answer is probably “because they wanted to do it” :p I think that they didn’t want to rework a Classic Legendary completely and the old Illidan was just… too weak. They probably plan to make a new version of him as a Demon Hunter class Legendary at one point.

Sorry to hear that. We tried to remind our readers multiple times, but I’ve read that some have missed it sadly :/

Rewards are cumulative. If you get to Legend, you get every reward until Legend (so Bronze 5, Silver 10, Silver 5 etc.)

So for getting to Legend, you get 5 packs + 7x Rare card + 1x Epic card.
