Also, in my classic collection, Syphon Soul costs 6. Shouldn’t it cost 5?

There are situations (in fact, I encounter them quiet often) where playing Passage is awkward.

That said, I think the result of both these cards might be equal, but their uses are different. Passage is better than this, but this isn’t bad and might find it’s time in the sun. 😉

Everybody already knows it but i have to say it nonetheless: HUGE changes for Hearthstone (and even more news like the Mercenary Books).

True, but as I wrote it isn’t like with conventional strategies where some pieces come together … if there aren’t 6+ Nomi-like cards you literally can’t play this strategy because if you mill your win cons, you’re double-screwed.

The more I think of it, the less I believe in such a strategy being playable ever…

You can never ever realisticaly hope for playing both copies and still drawing (and corrupting) Tickatus.

I think this card is overrated – it doesn’t really work with the ‘your deck needs to be empty’ cards because you can’t play it before drawing those cards, which makes them MORE dead cards in hand until your deck is actually empty.

Only exception will be if there are tons of ‘mill’ cards AND tons of Nomi-like effects after you’ve milled yourself.

On the other hand, pure aggro decks might play this against control (Pokelt, to be specific).

Nonetheless it will shine in Kingsbane Rogue. Very good card.

Is the minion chosen randomly? If not, I wonder how distributing the buff is handled technically. If yes, vague wording.

Card could be good in a Token Druid (if there’s any).

Card is good but totally useless against control decks (like C’thun Priest right now).

So yeah, metadependant, and most likely used by aggro against creature-centric midrange.

Um, there is a table in this article that shows that it’s better than the current one … or am I missing something?

Really no offence, just an honest question: 8k with ONE match on average per day? Your winrate must be astronomical, otherwise idk how one can achieve that.

I play like 3-6 matches on average per day, sometimes getting 1st and 2nd winstreaks and sometimes doing the same with 5-7th losing streaks. Highest rating I ever got was 6.2something …

Especially since the meta got midrange fastkill (at least around 5.5 where I’m right now) it is extremely difficult to rank on top constantly. *shrug*

Although it might just be a meme, I’m a little concerned aoubt The Caverns Below and Penflinger. 😉

Lol I followed Old Guardian’s instructions on YT https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rX0VvJrdGv8 and ended on 5 health. Rest was exactly as you described and concluded in a victory … no creatures on my side as they were killed eot by 3 Shadows.

So maybe I was at 2 life yesterday (Legendary on left, the one that ‘swung’ at me, had 2 attack)!? Very strange …
