If you know you're up against something slow and you already have an early drop or two, you can keep spiteful to potentially have a game-ender on 6

But in all seriousness, Spiteful will be strong due to the high percentage of bonkers 10-drops and removal of the crappy-statted Old Gods. Try to set up reasonable board control early to pave way for your power plays. Deck has been teched to be anti-cubelock (twlight aco + cabal shadowpriest = stolen voidlords; you also steal voidlords with mind control.)
Nightscale matriarch can get out of control if left unchecked. Same with Cobalt Scalebane.
