General Mulligans

This deck revolves heavily around the controlling power of thunderhead and likkim, the predictable draw engine of spirit of the frog and the snowball capacity of an early underbelly angler and it's ability to fuel into the later stages of the game. In matchups where your underbelly has a high chance of surviving you mulligan hard for other murlocs. If you have thunderhead or spirit of the frog you keep zap, keep sludge slurper always unless you have both thunderhead and spirit of the frog without spell triggers. Keep thunderhead on the coin, mulligan when the early turns are crucial (like vs zoo where you need likkim to compete). Voltaic burst is ok to keep with likkim or earthen might or spirit of the frog.
