Triple threat shaman (Rastakhan post-nerf)

You play control and hold togwaggle vs aggro

you play aggressively and use togwaggle to disrupt combo decks

you play togwaggle at any point vs control, then play azalina for value, if shudder is in your hand you need to summon him and baleful him back to deck before you can azalina

in fatigue matchups hold your baleful banker and your grumble until you run out of cards, then you can summon grumble, and baleful it, if baleful and grumble survive to the following turn you can go infinite, otherwise you are just alotted one extra turn of non-fatigue 

vs midrange just summon shudder to clear board and control with Hagatha spells. 

I would recommend testing and optimizing but I have no more dust to try out kragwa instead of loot hoarders 

This deck is difficult to play optimally.
