You should try to get a few burgle cards at the start, not only to make quest progress, but to ready your Underbelly Fences and Vendettas and start filling your hand.
General: 
This deck ha been made prior to the release of Saviors of Uldum and might be suboptimal come release.
This deck is rather simple. Your goal is to complete the Bazaar Burglary quest while playing on curve. The deck has very little card draw but it has plenty of card generation through Lackeys, and burgle abilities. Once you complete the quest, you should be able to easily clear the board with Ancient Blades and then fill your side using Pharaoh Cat, Bazaar Mugger, and Lackeys.
Notes:
- You have no way of drawing cards, but you do have a lot of card generation with Clever Disguise, Blink Fox, Hench-Clan Burglar, Barista Lynchen, and Bazaar Mugger.
- Generally you want to hold on to at least 1 card from another class to proc Underbelly Fence and Vendetta, as this deck has no Academic Espionage.
- Leeroy Jenkins can be sent back to hand using Shadowstep for an easy 8 mana 12 damage combo. Barista Lynchen also pairs well with Leeroy and can set up even more damage.
