Introduction to Quest-Combo-Deathrattle (QCD) Priest

This deck was made after opening Zerek, Master Cloner and asking myself : “What can I do with this card ?!”. As I was also playing Whizbang the Wonderful on NA servers I played few times the priest constructed decks and thought that it would be so good if Combo Priest and Quest Priest was one same deck.

And here the light of inspiration came to me !

I tried a deck with strenghs of combo priest and quest priest, adding Zerek. Step by step I also add some neutral card of deathrattle hunter and rogue, here the idea was to play the quest in a more proactive way. Furthermore most of card I add for Zerek was quit good with other Deathrattle’s one.

I played this deck between rank 5 and 3 with around 57% winrate over 20 games.

QCD Priest Card Choices

The Priest quest, an essential part of this deck. The substain it provide and Amara’s body are good enough to compensate for the lack of AoE (most of time).

• Devilsaur Egg, Carnivorous Cube and Mechanical Whelp are classic neutral deathrattle’s deck card. 
• Extra Arms and Unidentified Elixir To reinforce this cards and active their Deathrattle
• Mirage Caller, Vivid Nightmare and Twilight's Call because more deathrattle cards is always good !
• Duskbreaker, Twilight Drake and Primordial Drake for AoE and dragon synergies.
• Loot Hoarder, Power Word: Shield and Shadow Visions for draw.

Zerek is the other essential part as it provide a second win condition by creating an army of Zerek with Mirage Caller, Vivid Nightmare and Twilight's Call.

Mulligan

Always keep the quest.

Most of time look for Devilsaur Egg, Loot Hoarder and Twilight Drake.

As this deck lack of AOE versus Aggro Deck you NEED Duskbreaker with another dragon, so you have to look for this cards and try to complete your quest as fast as posible.
