General Mulligans
You want early-game options to keep you alive until you can draw into your stupid combo, so obviously Eternium Rover, Stonehill Defender, Skydiving Instructor (which can summon Eternium Rover or Discount Doomsayer), Prince Valanar and Warpath act as good ways to deny the opponent. Dead Man's Hand is a recommended keep as is Coldlight Oracle for card draw since you want to actually hit your combo at some point. None of these cards are particularly "winny" and you could argue for keeping Clockwork Goblin along with other Bomb Warrior cards, but these are the cards I would keep.
The focus of this deck is to fill your opponent’s deck with Bombs, then steal and purify it using King Togwaggle + Wyrmrest Purifier. They can then choose whether or not they want to pay the 5 mana purification fee to have their deck back bomb-free, or just take your (bad) deck. Alternatively, you can do the classic Togwaggle – Explore Un'Goro combo (warning – no guarantee that your opponent will take their deck back and no combo pieces to force them to included). Finally, you can purify your own deck (it has a lot of Neutral cards to capitalise on this) or wipe either player’s deck using Archivist Elysiana at any time. Included with the Elysiana is an Emperor Thaurissan and Youthful Brewmaster for maximum value, or you could use Dead Man's Hand. You can also win by playing Bomb Warrior or win by playing Dead Man’s Hand Warrior. So, depending on the pilot, you could use this as a meme combo deck, a meme midrange ladder deck for staying just below legend or Dead Man’s Hand Warrior (just in general). While I was building this deck, I noticed that I didn’t include any 4-drops, so in Prince Valanar went. Apart from that, the deck has some minor synergy pieces (Skydiving Instructor + Eternium Rover and Depth Charge) as well as Stonehill Defender to tide you over until the Brawl turn.
Overall this deck is really, really bad and focuses on giving your opponent purified cards or purifying your own cards. It’s a good meme (I hope), best played around Christmas time because of the whole giving thing.
