General Mulligans
Keeping Hungry Crab could be good if Murloc becomes prominent, especially as an early game turn one drop if the battlecry is triggered. However, if it doesn't show to be as strongly played as I think it could be, feel free to replace it with something else, another cheap one or two drop. Pilfer is good to get cards in hand and a trigger for Vendetta.
Togwaggles Scheme is huge on turn one to keep until you are ready to shuffle several copies of Pogo-Hopper into your deck. Blink Fox is obvious; a 3 mana 3/3 that gets you a card in hand and triggers Vendetta.

Fill your deck with Pogo-Hoppers to win the game. Spirit of the Shark will double buff it. Augmented Elekk can be used to shuffle double the copies in to your deck. Mid-to-late game if you have your Pogo-Hoppers, Myra’s, and Togwaggle’s scheme in hand, you can draw your deck and get going with the flood of pogo-hoppers into it through Lab Recuiter, Togwaggles Scheme, and Augmented Elekk. The perfect situation when shuffling cards is to have Tak Nozwhisker out and on the board.
