Mulligans
General Mulligans
These cards are your bread and butter in the early game against the average opponent. While vendetta is better than backstab against things like hand mage and control warlock, it just isn't quite as reliable. However, if you have a blink fox or hench-clan burglar in hand with vendetta, keep both, even though it lowers your pirate pool to have Burglar in hand.
Aggro Mulligans
The word is removal against aggro. Fan is amazing against zoolock, mech hunter, and paladins in general, while vendetta and backstab allow you to deal with large single targets as the game shifts into the midgame. Dread corsair, while not amazing early, is still a 3/3 taunt, and blink fox allows you to get on the board without losing cards in hand. Raiding party is that one key card that allows you to shift into the mid and late game with efficient card draw and value generation, and so should always be kept.
Midrange Mulligans
Midrange is so far out of the meta right now that I have no idea what to say.
Combo Mulligans
Just look for maximum damage on deadly poison and getting through your deck, don't look for maximum value, look for maximum damage to face.
