Mulligans
General Mulligans
You'll be looking for low cost cards usually. It helps stifle any early aggression when you are able to play Fire Fly and Tar Creeper. Book of Specters helps you draw your deck and Ruby Spellstone is strongest in your hand early.
Aggro Mulligans
These are your best cards to help control the board early. This isn't the strongest part of the deck.
Combo Mulligans
You need to find tools to help you not get OTK'd.
Control Mulligans
These are your value generator
Minion-based mage deck with few spells. Optimal card generation and late game value. Plenty of card draw and threats. Clear elemental curve to 7 except at the 6 mana slot. Use elementals to produce value from the chain and the ruby spellstone. Book of Specters and Archmage Arugal give additional cards to your hand. Tons of flavor and fun!
