The deck is designed to have a great early to mid game with some late game cards to help against grind decks. Katherena is an essential card as it pulls game changing cards and creates a board where there is none.
Overall I am having a REALLY fun time with this deck. It also is nice I have a 90% win rate with it 🙂
Typically you know if you are going to win or lose by turn 8 (at the latest). This deck does really well against tempo mage and surprisingly odd rouge.
Mulligan: Against Odd Rouge and Tempo Mage HARD mulligan for Firefly and Wandering Monster. Against control decks you are looking for Secrets and Spellstone.
Cards you can change out: Faerie Dragon (I like this one against Mage as it is very difficult for them to remove and it is just aggro enough) can be changed out for another ooze if you are against a lot of Odd Rouges. Rat Trap for Freezing. I like Rat Trap as its one that combo decks can’t play around and it is triggered when they clear the board most of the time leaving you a really nice sized minion for only 2 mana.
