General Mulligans
Basically, these are the cards that would give you the best early game advantage and are what get your quest done the fastest. Emperor and Toggawagle's Scheme are there to prepare you for late game so its nice to have them on your hand at all times.
This is a type of quest rouge that DOESN’T fall off late game. To make this not happen I’ve added a hint of death rattle aspect with Khartut defender and rotten applebaum, combining this with N’Zoth it makes a huge board that would keep you high hp in most situations. The 3 main cards in this deck is Tess Greymane, Bazaar Burglary, and Togwaggle’s scheme. Although N’zoth does help late game its only for certain situations, bazaar burglary and Tess Greymane are quite obvious why I added them together, Toggawagle’s scheme is the main card here though, by adding copies of Tess or N’zoth to your deck you can stay in power late game with huge spells and minions from other classes.
