General Mulligans
This would be a good hand to start out with so on turn 4 you can play Archmage and book and by that time you will have a extra spell from the tempest to set up for manipulator.
This deck is really fun to play and yes I know there are cards you can replace here and there to make it better and you are welcome to do so.
The point to this deck is to work off of Archmage and Book of Specters
I added only one witch’s cauldron but it would be nice to have 2 in this deck if you have it and replace it with Arcane Keysmith.
Once you get a full hand of discovered spells play Manipulator and you have a full hand of cheap spells and also some minions to spare to pump out more value!
