General Mulligans
High-cost cards that don't have an initial purpose without one or two cards of set up. You could also argue to mulligan higher cost spells but any spell cost reduction can make them surprise powerhouses.
A Mage deck based on the idea of having decent spell damage and an endless supply of spells to never let the opponent gain tempo. Early game is a bit slow but it only takes one Mana Cyclone or Blast Wave to kick the deck into full gear. I am still working out the balance of cards in the deck so feedback is appreciated!
