Anny replacements for shaw and zilliax? I think I can craft one, wich one do you recommend?

For this deck I’d choose Shaw over Zilliax, because of how his passive sinergizes with most of the other minions in the deck. I don’t know a really good replacement for Zilliax, just look for a good magnetic mech that can be used, or maybe a tech card. And as replacement for Shaw you could run a second Mossy Horror in an attempt to pop eggs/whelps, it’s just really not as good, tho.

Imo, I’d only choose to craft Zilliax over Shaw if I was playing two or three different decks with at least moderate mech investment, since it offers so much mech value for any class while Shaw is for Hunter only. Sorry if that’s was long answer, but I hope it helps.

Thanks for your response, I ended up crafting zilliax because it helps for a lot of other decks, I replaced the shaw for a coid reaper, I know it’s not the same but it helps to clean some boards against warlock and it kills the eggs aswell, I’ll see how it goes and I’ll try to craft shaw because I’ve seen it is used in other hunter decks aswell.

love this deck! used it to get to legend for the first time, but with a few adjustments. replaced the 2x Loot Horder with 2x Venomizer for better mech synergy and board presence, and replaced the 1x Sunfury Protector with the Lich King for late game value, doing very well with it so far 🙂

I am not happy to see a diverse meta.
I know this isn’t a popuar opinion but I like metas where I cand just play an OP deck and win constantly.
I don’t like to face random decks every time and have like 52 win rate at best.

I would guess that mossy is only there to counter giggling inventor, probably something along those lines.

so this is the xpan…its last xpan decks with a few card replacements. The mech theme has utterly failed. Its now draw combo or get beat down with aggro. The devs need to wake up and get new modes in this game. personally, this is the last xpan ill ever buy.

This deck has 5 cards from the new expansion, or around 17% of the cards. Considering this is one expansion out of 5 (20%) that is about in line. You don’t want an expansion to just invalidate every card printed before it.

It’s really early still, so a lot of the experimenting is based on decks that were doing well before, but with things like APM, Mechathun, Luna’s, Boomship, I’d say I’m personally pretty happy with the diversity I’m seeing in ladder.
