General Mulligans

Of course you need to consider how your early game will look like against expected deck (sometimes you can be the control deck), but here are some tips:

Surging Tempest is always a keep, if you have it you can keep also Earthen Might.

Keep Spirit of the Frog and Thunderhead if you have also Coin or Zap. Zap alone is usually worth keeping without a Coin.

Likkim is very good for board control, cheap 9 dmg face isn't bad as well. Less imporant than previously mentioned cards.

Voltaric Burst can be kept in some combinations, e.g. with Storm's Wrath, Coin + Earthen Might, Coin + Spirit of the Frog.

Storm's Wrath is a strong card, nice to have if the rest of the hand is already good.

Sludge Slurper isn't imporant, nonetheless hardly ever bad to have.

Sometimes you can consider keeping Lightning Bolt or Rockbiter Weapon as an answer to important early minions like Phase Stalker (some time ago Underbelly Angler, Northshire Cleric).
