Get Ready For BlizzConline - February 19-20 - More Information About The Event!
Probably yes. Normally BlizzCons go for ~10 hours each day. We’ll know more when we see a full schedule, maybe this one will be shorter, but I expect at least 8 hours on both days.
That said, even if you miss it live, you can always watch the VoDs!
Heroic Duels Has Been Temporarily Disabled (Update: It's Back Up!)
Oh yeah, I agree, the mode is really fun to play, but mostly when you get lucky and end up with treasures / passives / deck that all synergize with each other. The main issue is that it feels really bad when you end up with a bunch of treasures that don’t belong in your deck and then lose quickly when you face decks that actually work.
Doing crazy things is fun, but not when only your opponent is doing them ๐
Heroic Duels Has Been Temporarily Disabled (Update: It's Back Up!)
The price & reward structure in Heroic Duels is exactly the same as Arena.
Heroic Duels Has Been Temporarily Disabled (Update: It's Back Up!)
There were some stats on reddit that have shown that regular Duels is the least popular free game mode (so not counting Arena). And since Heroic Duels is paid, it’s definitely even less popular.
But it was mostly a joke.
Blizzard's 30th Anniversary - Commemorative "Celebration Bundles" With Loot For Multiple Games Available For Purchase
Yeah, my conclusion is that you need to be playing at least two of those games to even consider getting the bundle, and three or more for it to be a nice deal. It’s definitely not worth it for Hearthstone alone.
I also wish they gave us some unique cosmetic reward in Hearthstone like in all other games instead of just cards ๐
Get Ready For BlizzConline - February 19-20 - More Information About The Event!
What do you mean by 2 AM? The event starts at 2 PM ๐
And yeah, expansion announcement would make sense. Darkmoon Faire released mid-November, so the next expansion releases mid-March (at least it should). It was also announced on October 22, so making the announcement on February 19 would make it basically the same.
Given that it’s a bigger event, I hope for both expansion and game mode announcements. Or maybe some info about the teased Classic set overhaul?
Ramp Paladin Deck List & Guide โ Darkmoon Faire โ February 2021
It’s a trade-off – Amalgams make Redscale Dragontamer and Y’Shaarj worse (compared to Strongman), but on the other hand improve your N’Zoth and more importantly Tip the Scales. For now both versions have basically the same win rate, but the deck is still obviously being optimized.
Top Standard & Wild Legend Decks - Darkmoon Faire Week 11 - January 2021
The deck is fun to play and powerful, but that’s a lot of Dust. I would probably go for it only if I had a lot to spare Dust given how likely it is to get nerfed + that it rotates out soon :p
Top Standard & Wild Legend Decks - Darkmoon Faire Week 11 - January 2021
Well yeah, but the deck had a pretty low win rate overall despite that. Zoo Warlock / Reno Priest still had a higher WR than Tiller builds.
And I felt the same when playing against them – they were more annoying, not necessarily overpowered. They focused so much on drawing and didn’t have THAT much removals, so you could often kill them before the combo happened.
They would most likely turn out to be better after getting optimized, but early stats didn’t indicate that they were a problem (WR-wise, not popularity-wise).

Thank you. Just like most of the websites, we’re making money solely through the ads if that’s what you’re asking about.
(Update - Players No Longer Getting Quests) "Happy New Year" Legendary Quests Are Out Now - Get 9 Packs in Total For Finishing All Three
I don’t know how they work now, but in the old system you couldn’t just concede them right away. You had to play the game for X turns before it counted.
Like, I remember specifically not conceding when I had for example Play X games as Warlock because sometimes when I conceded even around T6-T7 it didn’t count.
Because of that, I haven’t actually tested it, I thought that you still have to play through the game before conceding counts.

And I understand, I also use adblock on many websites. The issue is that with so many people using adblock, ads needed to get more intrusive to keep the website’s revenue. I’m really sorry about that, but sadly that’s not up to me ๐ But I’ll try to talk about it with the marketing department at the company again.

Lol, really? You can just concede and it will work? ๐

You will, you’ll just get duplicates of the cards you’ve already opened.
Dean "Iksar" Ayala's Twitter Q&A - January 27, 2021 - Roundup of All Answers - New Classes, Mechanics That Might Make It Into The Game, Achievements and More!
Nooo, he’s referencing the builds where you buy Khadgar, possibly triple it, get Brann and then play Alleycat / Murloc Tidehunter (T1 token generators). You get a lot of tokens, they triple, and you can discover a bunch of Tier 6 minions. You can really scam people out of the games around Turn 8-9. I one faced a Golden Kalecgos on T9, lol (and it wasn’t from Reno’s HP).
19.4.1 Patch Notes - Hysteria Works Only on Enemy Minions, Duels Balance Changes - January 28
Just saying, but I think that making it only be able to attack the same minion once is a bigger nerf than not being able to target own minions. Or at least very similar.
Yes, you’re taking away versatility, but you’re also making it way more awkward against a lot of boards. I cleared the board so many times because it was able to get extra hits against the same minion. Maybe it’s just me, but I rarely ended up using it on my own minion (granted, I mostly played it in Warlock, so I obviously couldn’t combo it with Apotheosis).
19.4.1 Patch Notes - Hysteria Works Only on Enemy Minions, Duels Balance Changes - January 28
I honestly agree, but the problem is that nerfing Tiller is more like a band-aid. Hysteria can break other “on attack” triggers in the future in a similar way.
That said, I think that band-aid would be fine for now, and then Hysteria could be nerfed when they plan to release some powerful synergy that would break Wild.
19.4.1 Patch Notes - Hysteria Works Only on Enemy Minions, Duels Balance Changes - January 28
Yes, it will only target Deathrattle minions, it can’t “hit” a non-Deathrattle minions. Unless they made an exception just for this Hero Power ๐
Yeah, adventure only gives 1 pack, so it’s 6 in total if you buy the bundle.
