Thank you for the insight. I overlooked the other priest archetypes that do depend on tempo (which were not prevalent last year) and only focused on control/combo priest.

What I do think is lacking for priest right now, though, is the ultimate board control, which Mass Hysteria apparently isn’t sufficient. The catch on scilence is interesting, considering that it breaks not only deathrattles but also magnetic upgrades, making mech paladin especially vulnerable.

I don’t know if this card would have a great impact, and I’m not saying that; I do see, however, the lacking of a strong board clear for priest which this card provides. It will be included in selective priest decks not because it’s OP, but because it’s solid.

But slim chance to get this spell casted again…

Let’s be honest here… even before rotation of psycic scream, all priests do after screaming are just heal face afterward. Priest is not the class that depends much on mana like rouge. A strong board clear WILL be included into most priest decks because of its control value.

Haven’t seen such an insightful reply in a while! The cost of building a warrior deck (mage also) is ridiculously high and forces newer players to either expend all resources to one deck or try cheaper alternatives.
For me personally, I literally only experience warrior in Wizbang. I wish there is a better way for newer players to also play as warrior.

I’m also free to play and had a similar situation at the early stage of the game. I got a golden copy of the beast and disenchanted it for a useful legendary. So I think dusting a golden legendary would actually be fine: craft a more useful legendary for you that can be put in your deck.

However, don’t assume you will never play priest. archetypes change. For me, I thought I would never play rogue so I disenchanted two preparations–big mistake considering how popular they are now. Don’t have a fixed mindset on what characters you won’t touch and disenchant good legendaries from that class. Just DON’T.

Is it just me or is resurrect wall priest OP? 5/0 so far… Vargoth and Mass Resurrection is a much bigger tempo swing than even oak heart.

What’s with all the quest rogues? I thought this archetype is off meta.
