Why do we need this card?
seems like trash and outclassed by Hellfire and new Dragon with 3 damage AOE

this is somehow similiar to the 3 mana rogue lackey genetator.
the high mana cost is a downside but the dragon tag is a bonus

Agree. this is too slow and inconsistent – you need to draw this early, plat it, draw dragons, and requires to build a deck around it. Pocket Galaxy is much more powerful.
However – it will be much more useful/viable after April rotation, since it has strong effect with a minor downside.

Not correct. Life tap provides you another card without loosing existing card.
– If you don’t hold a dragon this card is just bad.
– Playing this on late turns is not good.
