    Alright.
It feels like every card of this damn expansion wants to be the most broken card in Hs. I don’t think it will be good as Keleseth, though. That boy was jst crazy for how early in the game you could have played it. Also, since this card comes out turn 4, the cost reduction will probably less relevant than buffed stats.
I am not trying to say this is bad by any means, though. Of course, it is crazy how powerful it is in a midrange deck or whatnot. I don’t think that this will be as a combo enabler, for the same reason Luna’s pocket galaxy has never been: you can’t control what remains in your deck, and even if you find a way to, the cost reduction is not even crazy enough for it to really be worth the struggle.

I think there’s more combo potential for this than actually being a good card in dragon decks. The problem is if you draw this after your Malygos…

This card is the bees knees. Make that the dragons knees. Do dragons have knees?

    Great card.

Unpopular opinion that I’m 95% sure is going to be correct: this card is actually bad. It’s not like the worst card ever printed, but it’s not going to see long term significant play.

Agree. this is too slow and inconsistent – you need to draw this early, plat it, draw dragons, and requires to build a deck around it. Pocket Galaxy is much more powerful.
However – it will be much more useful/viable after April rotation, since it has strong effect with a minor downside.

This card is better than prince Keleseth. Being able to play dragons two turn earlier or play one more frog on each turn is a much more powerful effect than +1/+1. It costs 4 instead of 2 but you don’t need any restrictions. 5/5

Wow that my friend is a stone cold take. This card is nowhere near Keleseth level, though I think it is pretty strong and will see play

Please let this be a normal cost dragon!

    With the Frizz? No way!

The best decks for running this are rogue warlock and warrior probably in that order. Rogues have tools to add more dragons to deck before play, warlocks can plot twist to try and search this card, and warrior has voone for cloning reduced cost dragons. It’s useful in other classes dragon decks but they can’t really rig it in their favor like those 3.

I agree with you in most parts, but i think you forgot good old boi Uther.
Highlander builds see more play with paladin in last times and i think this card with the new Alextrasza can carry a Dragon Highlander Deck.
I am still not that hyped about this card like everyone else, because Frizz seems to be not that fast.
If Rogue finds a way to tutor Malygos and/or Frizz consistently this card is nuts.

        December 2, 2019 at 3:41 pm

Pally doesn’t really have any advantage like the other 3 because this only reduces cost of the dragons in your deck so doesn’t do much drawn later rogue can add more warlock can cycle for this and warrior can clone ones drawn later.

Blizzard… why… just why… There is absolutely no reason to not run this in a dragon deck

what are these stats?! and the battlecry doesn’t even have a condition?!

    • Lluadian
      December 1, 2019 at 9:46 am

Battlecry condition is only works on dragons. And the stats aren’t to ridiculous since there’s several 4/4 at 4 cost and scaleworm would be a 5/4 rush with similar condition.

      • Enemy
        December 1, 2019 at 12:22 pm

Id expect the battlecry to have a “no duplicate” condition. Or the stats to be a 3/3 or something.

          December 1, 2019 at 1:01 pm

It also only applies to the dragons still in deck so like keleseth if pull this in late game it’s not that great. And you can’t always rely on being able to play it before drawing your more expensive dragons. So basically it has 2 restrictions on it only effects cards in deck and only effects the dragons. The stats are on the high end for a 4 cost but considering the restrictions if your not running a lot of dragons you won’t gain a big bonus. The less dragons you have the more likely you won’t draw this while still have dragons in deck.

while im not debating it will be a strong card and a must play in most dragon decks, i dont think its gonna be as powerful as some people think, similar to prince keleseth if not drawn early enough it losses a lot of power.
combo decks are going to win or lose just based on getting this in hand before their malygos.

    • Bisalissy
      December 1, 2019 at 8:39 am

You cant argue that a card is “not as strong as people think” while comparing it to Keleseth ^^
But I understand what you mean. It has the same problem in a Combo Deck that Jepetto Joybuzz has: If it is drawn after the combo piece, everything is ruined.

      • Albionflux
        December 1, 2019 at 9:07 am

its weaker than keleseth no doubt about that, just a similar kinda effect in how it works by being stronger when played on curve

        • Lluadian
          December 1, 2019 at 10:05 am

The difference though for rogue is now have alot of tools to toss dragons into your deck. And now have a card that will draw 2 cards from deck if they didn’t start there. This is a very threatening card for rogues value can you imagine loading up a deck with crowd roasters then playing this they would all cost 5 so would have ability at 2 removals in a turn. And with all the new draw mechanics it’s scary.

Puta que pariu, cara… logo para essa expansão, que já tá um absurdo. Imperador Thaurissan 2.0.
    5/5.

  13. EksSkellybur
    December 1, 2019 at 5:20 am

Ever wanted to have an Emperor Thaurissan for your Dragon Deck, but even better? Well, now you can. Imagine having a 6 Mana 12/12 Deathwing, Mad Asecpt for your Warrior. Imagine having a 2 Mana 8/8 Nozdormu the Timeless for your Paladin, or even an 8 Mana 4/12 Kelegos, or even a 3 Mana 2/8 Malygos, Aspect of Magic for Mage.

You can even try and do some sort of weird OTK Malygos for Druid where you play Frizz, Youthful Brewmaster, and Frizz Again for your first half of the Plan. And because your Malygos will now cost you 5 Mana, you can use 2 Moonfire’s, and a Swipe to finish your opponent off. It’s a bit trickier to pull off, but if something like OTK DK Paladin can do it, then I’m sure that the Newest edit for OTK Dragon / Malygos Druid will be just fine pulling this combo off.

    6 Stars, if I could.

    • Thraben
      December 1, 2019 at 6:46 am

I wouldn’t compare this directly to Thaurissan to be honest.. There’s a big difference in reducing costs in hand and deck. This card doesn’t reduce costs in hand so you can’t exactly choose which cards get the reduction. That being said I don’t think this card will be used for combo purposes because it’s simply too inconsistent. It’s much better to just get the sheer value of cost reduction on lots of dragons than using this to reduce the cost of one or two card that you may or may not have drawn yet.

That being said I think people vastly overestimate the ways this card can be used. It’s not consistent enough as a combo card.

      • LegendaryBot
        December 1, 2019 at 8:54 am

True, but rogue has toggwaggles scheme, witch makes it more consistent with maly rogue. But yeah, otherwise Your right.

      • Lluadian
        December 1, 2019 at 10:00 am

Better comparison is this is a keleseth that reduces cost instead of buffing but only for dragons.

bad design, another(krinx) mandatory legendary to (pay) have in all dragon deck. they really want to sell this expansion 😀

    • Haki
      December 1, 2019 at 7:28 am

Yeah, all cards (almost) are ridiculously overpowered… Lol, I mean the devs must be thinking, ”How can we design cards that players will have to craft?”

  15. Sonriks6
    December 1, 2019 at 4:47 am

This card is a 3/5. In a Dragon deck ruins the “holding dragon” condition if you hard mulligan for Frizz. Anyway this is an interesting card for any particular OTK.

    • Haki
      December 1, 2019 at 7:29 am

But not really, you can get ton of value by this card and it’s vanilla

    Dragon maaaaaaaage is coming!

  17. Nickus89
    December 1, 2019 at 3:43 am

There is no reason not to run this card with even a handful of dragons. Heck, it even has vanilla stats (arguably 4/5 is better) so it doesn’t cost you tempo. It seems to me that card is on the same power level as Prince Keleseth, where you will often mulligan for it when playing a midrange or even control dragon deck.
It will probably single handedly carry all sorts of dragon decks. We might have to re-evaluate revealed dragons in regards to this one.

  18. H0lysatan
    December 1, 2019 at 3:06 am

with this card, Neutral Legendary cards has reached a total of 5, and therefore, no more neutral legendary card will be revealed.
Also, in terms of power, 4/5. auto include in dragon decks.

          December 1, 2019 at 9:56 am

The only trick is those cards can’t be in your hand but it does open up new reasons for rogues to run card that puts copies into your deck since this would reduce the cost.

  20. SupHypUlt
    December 1, 2019 at 1:54 am

A definite include in Control Dragon decks.

  21. Thraben
    December 1, 2019 at 1:50 am

At first I was like reduce the cost of dragons in your HAND by 1

But then I was like wait what from deck by 2?! That’s ridiculous…

Naturally since it doesn’t reduce the costs in your hand it’s not that good of a card lategame and itxs a horrible topdeck. However if you have lot of dragons, decent card draw and you can play this on curve you pretty much just win lmao. The powerlevel of these cards is insane.

It’s no wonder this expansion is nicknamed as “Creep of Power” lol

  22. Lluadian
    December 1, 2019 at 1:50 am

Will be played in every dragon deck no questions. And it opens up possible combos mage in particular could combo thing like malygos or Alextraza with a frost Nova to block trading. Would also be loved by warrior when combined with voone.

  23. Jdubiuz
    December 1, 2019 at 1:26 am

This is nuts. Great stats and the battle cry is stupid good even if you’re running like only 2 dragons.

  24. LegendaryBot
    December 1, 2019 at 1:23 am

If battlecry Shaman gets good dragons, This will be an auto include, (Dragons that cost 4 Less?!?!). Shaman could put as many mediocre dragons into his deck as he wants, and it would still be broken. This card is an auto include anyway for any dragon deck, as it has so much value.
    5/5 I guess.

    • Thraben
      December 1, 2019 at 2:17 am

I disagree, it doesn’t reduce the cost of dragons in your hand so having a bunch of mediocre dragons sit in your hand simply isn’t good. Moreover you’d want to complete the quest asap to get the most out of this card which seems counter intuitive with dragons. However, I could see shaman running a few good battlecry dragons in the deck and using this without necessarily aiming to use it with double battlecry.

Building a dragon deck around the quest and this card sounds like a terrible idea to me.

      • Lluadian
        December 1, 2019 at 9:53 am

Basically this card looks alot better to warlock with quest than most others. Warlock can cycle for it with plot twist and can potentially make more dangerous if did plot twist elekk before it was triggered.

You also have possibility for warrior play this then boasted galakrond.
