I’ve added the step about attacking with the minions, but other than that it works perfectly. You must not be following a step correctly.

Healing Rain should do 14 damage to Stormy, leaving it at 11 Health. Two bolts + attacks = 12 damage for lethal.

Check the meta reports, this style of deck is ranked highly in all of them.

How is there no way to ping? Use your Hero Power to ping it. I just tried this one and it worked with the instructions listed.

I just did it myself and it worked fine. I updated the directions slightly so hopefully they make more sense.
