The only other buff I can think of is technically Bane of Doom. It used to have only a select amount of Demons it could spawn, but they opened it up to all Demons.

Yep, this is correct.

It only makes sense to craft golden if you don’t have the cards. You will get the full dust back, and then you can disenchant them for more dust.

EDIT AGAIN: So it appears Ben Brode has said you WILL get a full dust refund, this was pretty confusing but at least we have confirmation. Source
