Mulligans
General Mulligans
In an average game, you’ll want to play cards on the curve to get the most out of them. However, most of the time there will be a specific combination if you know your opponent’s deck type.Aggro Mulligans
Versus decks such as Dude Paladin or Baku Hunter, you’ll want your Northshires and taunts to prevent them from building a huge board.
Midrange Mulligans
Midrange decks will be your most likely nemesis, but could be easily countered by making the right trades with board value. Play Spiteful Summoners and Free From Ambers when there aren’t any immediate threats to your tempo against these decks.
Combo Mulligans
Combo decks will be your second troublemaker, as they tend to ignore both control and aggro with guaranteed board removal and stalling. Shudderwock’s Two-Turn-Kill specifically gives this deck a hard time, but an attempt at a quick win can be made with early buff cards.
Control Mulligans
If you know your opponent’s deck will be an extremely slow, outvalue match, you could skip early game and go straight for your killer queens: Spiteful Summoner and Scaleworm. Scaleworm was chosen here for two reasons: a cheap Dragon synergy removal that could stick around, and a threat on turn 4 that warrants an answer while preserving your mana.
A sort of budget Spiteful Dragon Priest that counters most of the (current) decks in the meta. Though questioned by many, Vicious Scalehide helps against many 1-drops and can even be healed or buffed in early turns for a devastating counter to aggro Paladins and Hunters. Acolyte of Agony replaces Kabal Talonpriest inversely: it helps keep you healed while leaving your hero power for your minions. Very effective against Baku Hunter, as his upgraded Hero Power can outdamage your heals. As with any Spiteful deck, use Spiteful Summoner as early as you can to outvalue your opponent.

you’re cute nice job
