General Mulligans
Any cheap minion is good for your starting hand, but you also might want Mirror Image against Aggro. Best starters are Thalnos and Mana Addict. Mana Addict is also good for late-game burst, but I like starting with it since it's perceived as a threat and Rogue/aggro decks tend to spend valuable resources removing it.
This deck is pretty much just for fun, although I do have 51% winrate with it at Rank 3-5, so it’s not completely meme-level. I call it Vegas Magus because it’s basically a slot machine and go completely bonkers if you get the wheels turning.
I think it’s pretty clear from the list, but the idea is the accrue lots of cheap spells to pump the Questing, generate value from the Mana Cyclone, or fill the board via Vex Crow or Mountseller. Mirror Image is a great stalling tactic against aggro decks, can be played with Khadgar and can help get a Questing or Vex Crow to stick. I’m sure there are more competitive versions of this theme, but so far this one has been the most ridiculous and most fun to play. I included Jepetto because if you highroll Malygos, Kalycgos, Antonidas or Mountseller, things can get hilarious fast.
