patches is fucking broken, probably the best card of the last set. it give you an amazing advantage on early game that makes really hard to counter every play you make

any replacement for leeroy? saving dust / gold (packs) for patches and it will take way too long to get enough for both

i doooooont know about this deck. First, I always get the expansive cards at the beginning. (like 1x 5/2 weapon, the charge guy and maybe the 3/4 weapon guy) and then I am litarally fucked. ALWAYS i get patches in my first draw hand and cant replace him and I got a huuuge problem vs taunt creatures.
is the raging berserk this good? and is the weapon destroyer that good? there are very rar fights I can use them properly. Then in some games I get every weapon in deck, then next game I dont get any weapon. Its too random in my opinion. I feel like there are card that would fit better inside this deck. I mean it is fun to play and I had games where the enemy just surrendered 2cnd round and you reached a high legend rank but there is a too big amount of luck u need. Do you play the +1/+1 or equip 1/3 weapon as a weapon when u got none or do you wait? and what do you do when u just got the expansive cards at beginning. I reached 14 now in 3h and played only today, so i guess its alraight, but i dont think i will get to legend with it. i am too bad with it right now and the deck itself is just dump XD

Geezus, this deck is pure AIDS. However, lots of fun to play. After getting the hang of the mulligans, and getting used to the timing of pivoting towards face over board control, this deck is just relentless for climbing ladder. Rank 14, to rank 6 with only 8 losses in 3 or so hours. Madness!

This deck is straight dumb and requires little strategy. I feel dirty playing this deck but it works so good to get through the ranks. Only the mirror matchup, or matches that are hanging by a string of hope beyond the first few turns, require thought. You usually know of your gonna win within the first few turns, and unless the opponent is built to counter aggro decks, you most likely will win.

This cancerous face deck is the reason why hearthstone is not fun and frustrating to play there are so many unique cards especially now and yet people are playing a deck that rewards you for awful plays. I’m very disappointed :/

If you can’t beat ’em, play control shaman.

it’s all about the meta bro. if you have played trading card games like magic the gathering before, you will understand every deck type survives in different metas. It all depends on the new cards released that season and there is nothing to blame about. Personally, i dont really like the idea of going full aggro decks like this one. But it is actually powerful in this meta, so there is no point not to play it just simply due to your own personally hatred. Apart from that, within a meta, there are decks countering each other, if the amount of aggro players are too high, other non-aggro players will figure out a way to counteract with them.

Lol, yeah but most of those players are F2P players (like me) who can’t afford like 4 to 5 legendaries and 4 epics for such a control deck so they choose these kinds of decks instead..

I disagree I there are a lot more diverse plays in this kind of deck, knowing what is best hero power in some match up, knowing when is a good time not to gain armor to push extra damage with mortal strike, knowing when to save weapon durability this is a fast proactive deck that I’m happy to see a change is fast paced decks vs the same old shaman or hunter decks we’ve always seen

completely agree. this deck is just mulligan for n’zoth’s first mate, play out your curve and attack face until you win or lose board control and concede.

Man, that’s a tough one. Patches might be the better choice for the short-term, but I’d rather have Leeroy in general (he also works in Renolock).

I can’t imagine Patches being the relevant card. What does that card really accomplish? Is the free 1/1 so important to keep the tempo or what exactly is the point? Am I missing some synergy thing? 🙂

It thins out your deck by one card, you will rarely ever have to pay to play it. It makes it so you are more likely to get the trigger from Bloodsail Cultist on curve. It’s also good against 4-health minions (Totem Golem) if you get it out on the first turn, because you can trade it in with a fiery war axe charge.

Remember Muster for Battle? That super OP paladin 3 mana card? Pirate warrior plays a MfB light on turn 1 with charge on one minion + insane synergies in their deck and they reduces the chances to draw a 1 drop later in the game. But even Patches is insane … the real problem is Jade Idol destroying all other control decks.

      – You do 1 damage more
      – you can kill a mob
      – you have 1 card less in the deck so yuo have more probability to draw the card you want (you know, math!)
