aim for Zereks Cloning Gallery to summon 1/1 versions of your minions early on to later resurrect using Catrina or Mass Resurrection.
its good to have mind blast and vivid nightmare/ power word: Replicate ready so that as soon as Velen is on the field you can replicate him and have a 20 dmg mind blast

Strategy here is to take advantage of Velen double dmg and healing to survive and mind blast your opponent to oblivion while using Catrina and Mass resurrection to bring back taunt minions / additional Velens and Catrinas to act as a wall.
Aim to keep zerek’s cloning gallery early on and mulligan Velen and Catrina. by keeping them in your deck Zerek’s cloning gallery will summon 1/1 versions that when killed can be resurrected as their normal versions.
try to save your mind blast and vivid nightmare / power word replicate for when you have Velen on the field. Use vivid nightmare / power word replicate on Velen to power up your mind blast dealing 20 dmg.
try to have at least one dead taunt minion before you use mass resurrection to re-summon a Velen or Catarina to insure their survival
until you can set up the wall for velen burst survive using healing spells / hero power .
