It should go without saying that you always keep the quest, after that you want all crystology and all the 1 or 2 drop reborn minions. Depending on your hand and whether you are going second, you may want to keep the single candletaker or a bone wraith.

This is a quest paladin deck that doesn’t use the mech package; instead, it focuses more on tempo and chip damage. Between all the mummies and witch’s cauldron I decided to call it ‘Halloween’ paladin. The cauldron adds a ton of value because you usually have at least a couple minions on the board, and if you use the hero power on it, you can generate a whole hand of shaman spells in a single turn, which are quite useful. You can get burn spells, minion spells (like rain of toads), board clears, or healing.

Siamet and Pharoah’s blessing allow you to make terrific trades, and Whitemane can allow you to clear their board while also gaining value! Trade in a reborn wrapped golem for 7 damage and bring it back at full strength. You could play something other than Cairne, but I find him to be great value and a nice balance between a strong deathrattle and initial tempo (the eggs just sit there until you can pop them).
