Looks like a decent card will probably be used by pally to get out 4 minions on turn 9 if have the quest power I doubt priest will use but might get dropped into druid atm though pally seems to be the best for this card.

In League of Explorers, Warriors had Obsidian Destroyer which had better stats (7 mana 7/7 that summons 1/1 scarabs) and still didn’t see hardly any play outside of arena. Why make this card?

Well this card is basically better due to its stickiness. Remember, Obsidian Destroyer was a 7/7 with the same effect, but having no Reborn makes it susceptible to almost any type of removal. This card is a little bit better due to the fact that you have to deal with 2 bodies, which will either cost trading minions into it, or spells which trades up more cards for it to be entirely removed than Obsidian Destroyer.

Plus, it is a neutral card. Obsidian Destroyer was a Warrior specific card. If the latter were neutral, there would be a higher possibility that it would’ve been used.

Because arena exists – maybe if one looked beyond the scope of standard for once they could realise the potential of certain cards.

This is probably the most awkward card I’ve seen in Hearthstone, but it’s still interesting enough to maybe put as 1 copy for Token Druid. In terms of value, it’s a 7 mana “8/6” Minion with “Taunt and Divine shield” Becuase, the Scrab feels more like a Divine shield for Wrapped Golem, and the Golem itself is a soft taunt. It Reminds me a lot of Green Jelly, back at catacombs where nobody wanted to play that minion because they thought that it was too weak. I’ve heard that it somehow magically got a lot better, but I could be completely wrong on that, I need someone to reply back to me on that one, but if that’s true, then maybe we could actually see a little bit of play with Wrapped Golem. (Some Experimentation for sure.) 3 Stars for Curiosity, even though, my gut is telling me that nobody is going to really play this card other than as a niche pick.

I don’t understand why people make comparisons to totally different cards all the time. this is not an 8/6 with taunt and divine shield. this is a 7/5 with reborn and an end of turn effect that summons a 1/1 with taunt. an 8/6 with taunt and divine shield can be printed as a totally different card and get a completely different use in extremely different decks

Yep. It is like saying Onyxia is a 9 mana 14/14, which would make it a totally different minion that answers the call of different types of gameplay and removal.

This belongs in exactly zero Constructed decks. 1/5

Good arena card. Waiting for directly Exodia reference.

Has the potential to be really annoying in Arena. Probably won’t see Constructed play.

This doesn’t look good to me, very similar to that warrior card Obsidian Destroyer that was a budget option for control warrior but didn’t see a lot of play.
This has one less health but has obvious healing/reborn synergy. The thing is these big reborn minions are going to die so easily to a ping/onboard lackey and the 5 initial health isn’t that high for a defensive-minded card.

Good in arena though I’d imagine.

Awesome arena card to say the least. Strong even in constructed depending on how fast the meta is. 3/5 for now

With this card astromancer for 7 (and conjurer on 7 mana minions) will be surely stronger than astromancer for 8.

    9 >>> 7 >>> 8

    Who agrees with me?

Actually seems like a good card!
a bit expensive and low health,
but very annoying, requires some good effort to remove.
can be strong in resurrect decks
