Mulligans
General Mulligans
You want to complete your quest and draw cards, so mulligan is pretty straightforward.
Having played a lot of Control Shaman during Scholomance I would recommend keeping Hagatha's Scheme.
Aggro Mulligans
Going to be a bit bold and say you can mulligan the quest if need be against aggro, but its likely this is completely wrong.
The quest can be decent against aggro due to the healing battlecries in the deck, only time will tell.
The deck is mainly built to help beat aggro and utilises much of the current fringe control Shaman list though I am sure it will need a lot of alterations to whatever the meta ends up being.
When against another control deck you can use the OTK.
OTK Set up:
1. Complete your quest 
2. Play both Circus Medics in their corrupted form at any point in the game (can use them as heal against aggro) 
3. Play Tour Guide at some point so you have a 0 cost hero power 
4. Use 0 cost hero power then play Y’Shaarj and proceed to point 4 Circus Medics at your opponent’s face dealing 32 damage. 
5. ???
6. Profit
(If you Jepetto your Y’shaarj you can skip most of this)
(Against some decks the full combo is probably unnecessary as you can deal up to 16 damage just with the Circus Medics from hand)
In terms of problems, I’m sure the rest of the deck can be built better. The quest is required but it also lends itself to draw which is definitely what we want. The deck probably needs better anti-aggro due to much of the early turns being spent trying to complete the quest, though it may even be correct to just mulligan away the quest against aggro decks.
Finally you need to make sure you have a hand size of no more than 7 (including Y’shaarj) for the combo turn, though I don’t think that would be too much of a problem.
I kind of hope that this combo isn’t that great because if it is, it looks like any control list that cant get loads of armour is done for.
