My take on Baku (Odd) Paladin. I’ve only made a few minor changes from the original Baku Paladin Deck. Most notably I’ve added 2 Swords of Justice because I find that they synergise well with everything in your deck as well as giving you a change to keep silver hand recruits on the board for a level up against a mage, Druid or rogue. I’ve also added a second Caludron and the secret Redemption (as well as a couple of other tweaks). I’ve found that Redemption combos best with the cauldron or with a righteous protector but you shouldn’t feel afraid to play Redemption to resummon a Silver Hand Recruit if you have Level Up in your hand.
Rogue and priest can be challenging with this deck. However Warlock and Shaman can usually be beaten early game by going face (free hint: when they play mountain giant just ignore it and go face). I got to rank 12 pretty easy in one afternoon with this deck, but I don’t really play enough to get to legend.
I forgot to mention: don’t underestimate the value of the Stonehill defenders. In a Paladin deck there is actually a very high chance of discovering Sunkeeper Tarim or Tirion (the two even cost taunt legendaries that you unfortunately can’t fit in your deck). Ozurk and The Lich King are also up for grabs. I discovered an even cost legendary taunt 12 times in a row the other day, it’s that common. My guess is about 80% chance to discover a legendary.
