Basically your average Mecha’thun rogue. Once you get the combo of Necrium Blade and Mecha'thun you can play either Myra's Unstable Element or Hemet, Jungle Hunter to destroy your deck. Altineritivley, you can use 1Backstab 1Preparation 1Shadowstep and Eviscerate as a combo. This done by shadowstepping your ‘thun and then backstab, prep, evis, evis to destroy your Mecha'thun.

Necrium Blade + Mecha’thun combo is not going to work. Necrium Blade triggers Mecha’thun deathrattle but still leaves Mecha’thun on board therefore does not meet the deathrattle requirements. Though your alternative combo will work.
