It does not really matter if you dont play against aggro for what you mulligan besides Tekahn, maybe try for the ealry minions or card drawers

Aggro Mulligans

As I said earlier you have to get Tekahn as soon as possible, so if possible mulligan for him. However against aggro you should mulligan for ealy plays like Blazing battlemage, mortail coil voidwalker or the 2 drops like evil cable rat or the card drawers.
