Lackeys are great Tempo, but if you pay one extra mana for em then not so much. There’s flexibility in that you can find the good lackeys more often, but I’d still say it’s meh.
However, Warlock has Lackey synergies with EVIL Recruiter and Dark Pharoah Tekahn- if you want to use those, you’ll want to use this.

Not the lackey support Warlock needed... Dark Pharaoh and the Evil Recruiter are now officially dead until next expansion

Well, there IS the possibilty of getting lucky and have infinite 2 mana 4/4s... This spell should have a 50/50 of letting you discover the "Discover a spell" lackey, which in turn MIGHT give you this spell.
Totally OP, I guess...

It's definitely a nice card since you can target the lackey you need instead of relying on RNG and hoping get lucky. Does balance out somewhat since the Lackeys basically are 1 cost cards that have 2 cost value.

This gets a solid "meh" from me. I don't know if Zoo wants to run this, and that's the deck that would use EVIL Recruiter the best. Maybe in some sort of midrange Tekahn Warlock, but I don't think this is a good enough generator for Tekahn.

Remember most cards are usully worse in warlock, considering they have the best hero power in the game. Plus the fact that its the cheapest lackey generator allos you to consiste tly play 3 mana 3/3 plus a 5/5. You win the game at that point
