This and jackie’s n’zoth hunter are the two most fun decks i’ve ever played. This may not be top tier, but man is it satisfying…has potential to cancer the opponent out of the game if it draws even half-way decent, with mage secrets no less. Good stuff.
Felt I needed to clarify; it’s very anti-meta and very elegant, the cancer comment was just saying that it is insanely frustrating to contend with, unless you predict all secrets perfectly or just steamroll it with pirates.
Great deck!! Playing it with – kabal chrystal (am missing one) and + avian watcher, as well as -2 mana wyrm + 2 lotts hard – works great so far – thanks Jackiechan 🙂
i don’t get why people say decks are bad. Just because they can’t play them lol. clearly someone is doing well with them maybe examine what youre doing wrong instead of net decking proceeding to fail and blaming the deck? If legend was easy we’d all get it. I’ve run into this deck and/or scrimmed against my friends and it seems to be pretty consistent.
Hey, So I felt this deck was to slow and lacked some synergy. So I altered it a bit:
-2 wyrm +2 secret keeper
-2 arcane blast, +2 loot hoarder
-2 babbling book +1 etheral conjurer +1 potion of polymorph
-1 mirror entity -1 effegy +1ice block +1 ice barrier
Ice block works great for secret synergy. Secret keeper >> mana wyrm in this deck
Babbling book is to unpredictable in this type of deck and does nothing to thin the deck out. loot hoarder helps thin it out more quickly. I also feel that the aggro from this deck makes arcane blast useless. Outside of azure drake they are 2 damage spells. Its not perfect and I’m losing but I have had much better luck with this than the original list.
I went from an 0-5 to a 4-4 so far. That could be just the decks Ive been against though. I havent tried but you could replace loot hoarder with bloodmage for late game damage and card draw.
Freaking GARBAGIO!
Even with my luck of arcane intelect draws, not enough secrets for this deck to be viable. Only 1 out of 4 games did i get secret synergy despite great card draws from arcane and azure.
I feel like this deck is just bad. Pirate Warrior is too fast, Renolock and Reno Mage are too steady. Maybe needs more draw or something, I don’t know. I’ve tried multiple iterations that people mentioned here.
I’m really enjoying this deck. Can be a bit roughif you don’t draw secrets early on but is quite good at stabilising

even better with 2 mana wrym for babbling books

Lack of cards draw.
Deck is AMAZING! I’ve done some tweaks to it myself, by removing x2 Babbling Books and 1 Mana Wyrm to make room for x2 Secret keepers and a Ice Barrier. The results have been devastating causing players to end the game on turn 3. The only problem I’ve run into is Buff Hunters (I assume that’s what they’re called), Otherwise this deck at the present time rolls almost all decks.
Great suggestion, working great so far. I was thinking of what to change and you nailed it greatly. The Secretkeepers have more synergy with deck than Babbling Books, and the Ice Barrier is great because there are so many Pirate Warriors at the moment that those 8 armor are priceless. Thanks a lot!
