Hypernova’s Kazakus Dragon Control Priest (Post 2017 Rotation)

The idea of the deck is to put strong dragon-related minions on the board while controlling the same board with your spells. You have cards that will give you a lot of value, specially in slow matchups, like: Drakonoid Operative, Kabal Courier, the same Kazakus, etc. 

For play this deck in an effective way, you MUST, and when I say MUST, is MUST, have Raza, the Chained. That 2 face heal per 0 each turn is so important for surviving and stalling the game, while you are controlling the board with your guys,

-The “mana geode” is an awesome 2 drop, cause the value that you can get if this minion survives 1 turn only. 

-Mind Control replaces “Entomb”.

-Soggoth is strong for conditioning and board control.

-The Kazakus potion will be mostly focused on AoE. In 2nd place, you can pick armor or add demons or resumon minions, depending onthe situation you are in.

-Second rate brusier is good in aggro matchups and a good board control, big body, and specially good against priest (has 4 attack).

And Deathwing is always an option to keep in mind specially if you are against a handlock or control deck, and you are in fatigue.

The card replacements that are viable, so the deck does not lose the essence and the control are someones like:

•Kazakus and Raza: Irreplaceable

•Soggoth and Deathwing: i really don’t like to replace them, but, you can add a Baron Geddon per 1 of them or an Alexstrasza.

•Mana geode is a good card, but is replaceable with some tech cards like Ooze or Dirty rat.

That’s the general scene. Remember that you must be so careful in when to use the removals specially the AoEs, and keep mind control for the stronger card of each class. Ex: paladin > Tirion  (and for strong neutral cards). 

Notes:

(Remember to keep, if you think is safe, any big dragon that you got in your initial hand, activating the dragon-related combos and synergies at the right time is KEY!!!)

( I personally think that mind control can be replaced with BGH, but you will activate deathrattles with this while with mind control you won’t, and entomb didn’t activate deathrattles too)
