If I discover a card my enemy loses this card or he can play it too?

I’m thinking it makes a copy of it and it stays in your opponent’s deck.

No, you actually get the card from the deck. That is how the discover mechanism works..

I doubt that’s how it works. The Hearthstone Wiki says this: “A variation on the usual Discover effect, this minion’s Battlecry shows the player three cards from the opponent’s deck, and adds a copy of the one selected to the player’s hand.” [Source] This might not be correct, but I would be surprised if it didn’t work this way.

This card is more of the same for priest. Insanely good against heavy control decks, painfully slow against aggro/midrange/tempo decks. With BRM rotating out (and thus, loosing Twilight Whelp, Wyrmrest Agent & Blackwing Corruptor) Dragon Priest is dead before even being born in Gadgetzan. Overrated card.

Hell, they could even give priest a card “10 mana, win the game” and most of the time it would be useless because you are long dead before turn 10.

    Drakonid Overpoveredtive.
I like that finaly give Priest some playable cards. Although they all seem a little too strong.

Thats plainly a lie. Priest got “playable cards” in Kharazan. And both of them are pretty good, Onyx Bishop is potentially INSANE (5 mana 3-4 + 4-7 anyone?, no, not even shamans) and priest of the feast is a pretty good card, stat and effect wise.

The problem of priest is not the quality of its cards, is that priest cards are too slow for the meta, and this card is not going to change anything. Overrrated card. Specially whn dragon priest is not even going to be a thing.

Really nice card, i will enjoy using it….not as good as everyone thinks tho. All the good dragon cards are leaving standard and this card doesn’t help with tempo…that’s how priest always loses. Valuewise, priest has always been one of the top classes, blackwing corrupter is better than this tho

I guess new Priest tech is to just play a bunch of bad cards? Seems awfully powerful considering Blizzard knows how everyone feels about Shaman getting their big kick in the pants and the fact that Dragon Priest is already almost viable as is, without all this other new stuff they’re getting. This is probably how they’re punishing the community for complaining about the class as-is.

    What the fuck.
The stats are good enough without the text and on top of this they can choose one out of three of your cards? 6 Mana would be right.
Now Priest is gonna be overly fixed like shaman and we have our new shitty class that kills the fun in ladder.

Yup. I predict this might get a nerf within like two or more months after the release of the expansion. I mean damn, this is essentially a 5-cast thoughtsteal with a 5/6 body and you get to view 3 cards and copy one from their deck. So if they happen to have unexpected cards in their deck that they know you would never expect, you have slick chance of seeing it and copying it and playing around them. You get to freakin see it, thats almost like cheating. Honeslty, im a dragon priest guy, and I know this card will be killer just from looking at it.

Well it does come with 1 major downside and that is the dragon requirement .

I agree that this card is a bit over the top in power considering that it is a dragon aswell but it is nowhere near what shaman is in mana cost efficency.

and this card still doesn’t fix the biggest problems for priest on ladder(dying the first 4-5 rounds against aggro/can’t deal with combodecks)

Also this is a 5 mana card wich is restrictedly good in dragon priest.

as priest is in a state where they really don’t need other 4/5/6 mana cards as the once they we already have are really good. Even in dragon priest this is just a slightly better azure drake.

This is probably the most overrated card this set so far. You wouldn’t play this over onyx bishop in most matchups.

Even if this card actually turns out to be THAT GOOD that all of you think it is all of the dragon synergy cards go out of standard in a few mounths so in the end the only place this card will see any play is in wild(and priest is already pretty good in wild)

The problem is that a card that is “good enough without the text” isn’t playable in actual meta.
Where are the Bolderfist Ogres and Chillwind Yetis?

The discover mechanic is great but you can’t guarantee that a card from another class will work with your deck; even if it works, you still have to pay the mana for it. And there’s the Dragon in hand demand.

Great card, not OP. MY opinion.

With that text, I’d expect a 4/5 or something
